Dolphin Bar & Grill philosophy
We care about our carbon footprint and we are committed to minimising the impact that we have on the environment. We offer organic food products and where this isn’t possible, we attempt to provide a Fairtrade or eco-friendly alternative. Our cleaning and sanitising products do not contain chlorine or ingredients that contribute to stratospheric ozone depletion and all our packaging is recyclable. Our menus and promotional materials are printed on recycled paper using soya or vegetable based oil inks.
About Daylesford
Daylesford Organic specialise in what is organic, fresh, seasonal and local. Over twenty years ago, the Bamford family turned their land in the Cotswolds and Staffordshire over to sustainable, organic farming. It was the start of a passion: to grow crops naturally and rear healthy animals. They are dedicated to growing and producing seasonal food organically, and wish to do their bit to reverse the industrialisation of food and the pollution of the land that nurtures it. Daylesford Organic is fully certified by the Soil Association.
