My passion for fitness is fueled enormously by my active lifestyle and love of sports such as Muay Thai boxing, skiing and dancing. With over 6 years experience in the fitness industry, coupled with continuous learning and training a variety of people from celebrities, athletes to complete beginners, I am confident in catering for your specific goals as well as fulfilling your physical potential. Tailor made sessions, constant assessment, nutritional advice and most importantly motivation and fun are all part of the health and fitness package that I offer!
