Known for one-off boutiques and bespoke specialist stores, Elizabeth Street is home to some of Belgravia’s finest designer offerings. A short stroll from Victoria station and only a ten minute walk from Sloane Square, this street provides the chance to shop at big name stores in a relaxed village environment – bliss.

From Philip Treacy’s only London store offering the chance to buy his showstopping creations, to celebrity wedding dress designer Jenny Packham’s bridal wear boutique, there’s most certainly some A-list fashion to be tried on here. Number 40 Elizabeth Street is home to one of Donna Ida’s three stylish London boutiques while Allegra Hicks has also opened her flagship store on the street, bringing another big name to the area.

And for some accessories to go with those new purchases, then take your pick from the street’s independent jewellers Erickson Beamon, Kim Poor and De Vroomen.

As well as the fashion offering, Elizabeth Street’s highlights include some rather good places to relax and eat. From the fresh artisan bread baked at specialist French bakery Poilâne, to the freshly ground coffee at Tomtom Coffee House, there’s no need to go anywhere else for some laid back retail therapy away from the crowds.
