As an Advanced Level 3 Personal Trainer at Dolphin Fitness my aim is to deliver a fully optimised, dynamic program specifically tailored to suit all ages, abilities and fitness levels. My goal is that each client leaves their Personal Training session feeling strong, positive and energised. My training is varied and creative using TRX, Kettlebells, body weight and other training variables, to develop general fitness, strength, technique and core strength. From weight loss to body toning I deliver effective, motivational and fun training sessions that will in turn empower you to reach your health and fitness goals.


If it does not challenge you, it will not change you! My approach allows you to feel relaxed while making sessions enjoyable but challenging. My aim is to set you a realistic goal that you will stick to, reap the benefits and make it part of your lifestyle.
