Most of you will know me from my days as a fitness instructor & studio co-ordinator here at dolphin fitness club! I grew up playing football, athletics and training in the martial art of aikido. In 2013 I was introduced to the world of obstacle racing which has really pushed me to the max of my abilities. Now my love for fitness is my new goal in life with so many new and fun innovations to keep my clients learning and progressing. Motivation is what gets you started – habit is what keep you going.


It will hurt. It will take time. It will require dedication, will power and sacrifice. You will need to make healthy decisions and push your body to the max. There will be temptation but I promise you when you reach your goal it will be worth it!
