Gym floor now open
Our new look gym floor has all of what you're used to, and more...
Get in the zone...Designated cardio, resistance, weights, and stretch zones, plus a new functional area with bespoke rig and accessories for individual and group-based body weight and equipment training.
Free weight zone with an extensive range of dumbbells, benches, half racks, preacher curl, and new Smith machine for controlled barbell strength training, as well as multiple other resistance options.
Our brand new Life Fitness cardio equipment features integrated digital platforms for better performance tracking, monitoring and entertainment experiences - running and rowing machines, watt and attack bike, combat treadmill…We’ve got it all!
And you’ll find our Fitness Club team and Personal Trainers on hand for any questions, queries, hints and tips!
That’s just the start of our phased re-opening. Our restored and re-floored squash courts, all new spin studio experience, and even more fitness studios for group and one-to-one training is now open please see our timetable below.
Our showers, changing rooms and lockers will remain closed until later this year. This means we won’t have any bag storage facilities, so please come workout ready.
During this initial period, we’re unable to provide our usual towel service – so don’t forget to bring your own! You’ll have access to lockable pigeon holes on the gym floor for storage of small valuables such as keys, phones and wallets.
